Spent Xmas at this motel, and what a great experience it was! Located in the heart of the Hunter Valley, it's close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The room was comfortable and just what we needed for our stay. We were also impressed by the friendly and helpful staff who provided us with all the information we needed to plan out our itinerary. On top of that, the motel also offered a wine tour package, which was an added bonus.

That the car park filled up quickly during peak times, leaving us to park further away or inconveniencing other guests by having to ask them to move their cars. But other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

We stayed near the heart of the town which was super convenient. Shops and eateries were all within walking distance. It was also a short drive to the wineries which was a plus. The rooms were well maintained, with comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms. The swimming pool was an added bonus, and the breakfast served by the pool was a lovely touch.

The Wi-Fi was quite slow and frequently disconnected.

I had a fantastic time staying at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I particularly loved the welcome drink and the delicious in-room breakfast. The location was perfect, with easy access to the highway and close proximity to various attractions. The hotel also had a lovely garden area and swimming pool, which was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

Conveniently located with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. There was also a refrigerator and a coffee maker which is always a bonus.

The pool area was dirty and uninviting. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days and the water was murky.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, with brilliant hospitality, great hotel facilities, and an ideal location. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We particularly liked the fact that this hotel was within walking distance of this city's main street, where we could find great restaurants and shops. Additionally, the hotel was well located and close to the Hunter valley, making it easy to explore the region.

For us, it was ideal, and we could not find any negatives to mention.
